About Mark & Jennifer

Our Team has over 50 years of experience in the Coastal Central Florida real estate. Helping buyers make wise investments in the Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, Ormond Beach and Port Orange area and sellers to get the most money possible for their homes is what we strive to do. We invest in the proper tools to help make the process as easy as possible while also making the homes we market shine. We spend valuable time understanding our clients' real estate investment goals and streamline the tasks to help sellers get their properties ready for the market. Our team is #1 in the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors in Sales Volume and our efforts are led by Mark Card and Jennifer Card. A former career firefighter and teacher, respectively, Mark and Jennifer have worked for decades to help bring buyers and sellers together to create an organized, stress-free moving experience.

We are strong advocates for the community. As members of the Port Orange/South Daytona Chamber of Commerce, Jennifer has served as Chairman of the Board, Education Team Chair, and Chair for Economic Development and Government Affairs and both are participants in the Leadership Program.  We have hosted Volusia County Schools student interns over the years and have volunteered in the local schools to teach courses on Entrepreuership & Marketing.  Serving on the Margarita Society of Volusia County board is a cause that is near to our hearts, as this organization aids nearly 20 other organizations each year to provide toys for needy children each Christmas.
