As we all know, “Life is Better Here” is the motto of Daytona Beach Shores and the Key Colony gated community is a perfect example of that slogan. Located across the street from the Ocean, The Shores Resort & Spa, along with Peck Plaza and the Top of Daytona Restaurant, you will find this community is perfectly placed for you to enjoy the salt life. Just down the street is Publix, Our Deck Down Under, along with the Greater Fitness Gym, and The Max Resort. 

This community is gated, offers concrete block, Key West style homes that are covered in Coquina and topped with barrel tile, white roofs. The heated pool, and tennis/Pickleball court elevate the community above all others in the beachside area. 

The Key Colony homes range from 1600-1900 sqft and have rear entry 2-car garages. There is a combination of 2 and 3 bedroom homes available and there are just under 70 homes in the community.  

When you’re ready to go to the beach, just pop on over the Florida Shores Blvd area to go for a quick walk or bike ride or walk over the Atlantic Avenue tunnel right into The Shores Resort for an oceanfront dinner or cocktail. There is also just a short trip to the the Daytona Beach Shores Community Community Center that has a dog park, Pickleball and Tennis Courts.
